The best Traditional food
Built slightly above the banks of the lake Vegoritis you will find a restaurant with excellent atmosphere, delicious and large dishes all made with organic products, cultivated by the owner. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. Furthermore you can enjoy the smooth lounge music played. Also, there is a strict non smoking policy.
You should try the delicious quinces filled with cream cheese as well as the salad containing 12 different ingredients in a cheese basket. The smoked trout is highly recommended but the grilled salmon is literally the tastiest in Greece! Do not forget to try the kebab made in Florina in the best version it could ever be served. All the treats are made by the head chef Aggelos Naoumidis!
During spring or summer you have the option to have your meal in the beautiful patio or in the balcony enjoying the majestic view of lake Vegoritis. In winter and fall you can have your meal in the main parlor of the restaurant heated by the traditional fireplace. As for the view…do not worry! You can enjoy it through the crystal glass partition of the restaurant!
